Your right to privacy is very important. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We believe this information should only be used to help us provide you with better service.

Whenever you provide sensitive information, such as a credit card number, we will take steps to protect it. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for marketing purposes. We will also take steps to protect your personal information in storage. We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals. We may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that we use for the purposes of delivering your purchases to you.

Returns & Replacements

Here at Mac’s Indian Jewelry your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return the item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please email or contact us by phone to make arrangements for the returned items. When requesting a refund we will refund the amount of the item not the shipping costs. We will handle your request promptly and courteously. Refused, undeliverable or unclaimed packages will be charged a 10% handling fee plus postage.

No refunds will be issued on products that are damaged or missing parts. No refunds will be given on custom made items.


Our reputation and your satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. An accurate representation of the products we sell is something we want all of our customers to be able to trust in. Our commitment to you is that when we sell you a product and we identify it to be made by a specific artist, from a specific tribe or made of specific materials our representation of this is true to the best of our knowledge.

Though we deal with some artists directly we also buy from traders that travel through. We have done business with many of them for several years. In our relationship with them we have built a level of trust and often we depend on them and their knowledge of where the products came from. If there is any doubt regarding any product you have purchased from us or if there is any question on information that we have given you we hope that you would contact us immediately.


With 30 years of experience we believe that just selling you product is not enough. We have an expert silver and goldsmithing team, as well as stone cutting capabilities, that is able to repair all types of jewelry. We are also able to do custom work as well as stringing.

We also are able to search for specific artists and specific pieces if there is something that you are looking for that we do not carry. We have a large network of people and are often able to locate very specialized pieces of jewelry. We ship all over the world. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover etc.


In order to assure your satisfaction with the product we sell we guarantee the quality workmanship of all the artists we represent. Even the best made pieces sometimes will lose stones or a hinge may break etc., so when you purchase from us, we will repair the merchandise at our expense one year from the date of purchase. A receipt is required for the warranty and the product must show normal wear and tear. If in our opinion the product appears to have been abused or not cared for in the proper way then the one year warranty would not apply. We still are able to repair almost anything whether we made it or not. However, if the warranty is void then the repair would be at your expense.
