Southwest Sterling Overlay Silver Bird Belt Buckle

Sterling silver overlay belt buckle. The buckle is 2" tall x 3 3/8" wide. The center design is in the shape of a road runner. The buckle will work with a 1 1/2" wide or more narrow belt.  There is a picto signature on the back which looks like a rain cloud. I could not identify the artist. The buckle is in good condition.
