Huge Vintage Sterling Silver and Turquoise Cross Pendant Necklace

Huge vintage sterling silver and turquoise cross pendant necklace. The artist's hallmark is "MT." The work appears to be Navajo. This necklace weighs 118 grams. The pendant is 6 1/16" long by 3 3/4" wide. It features 10 beautiful old turquoise stones in plain bezels on an oxidized background. One stone has a crack, but it is secure in the bezel. Silver bead-and-wire bows make a pattern between the stones. Stamped square wire forms the cross' edge. The smallest stone is 9mm by 9mm. The largest stone is 13mm by 14mm. The cross has a hidden hook bail with a 5mm opening. The pendant comes on a 34 1/2" black cloth cord that can be retied to a shorter length if desired. This necklace is in good condition.
