Sand Cast Sterling Silver and Turquoise Ring Size 4 1/2

Sand cast sterling silver and turquoise ring size 4 1/2. The artist's hallmark (P) is unknown. "Sterling" is stamped on the inside of the ring. There is one turquoise oval stone set in the center of this ring measuring 9 mm long by 6.5 mm wide. The whole face of the ring measures 1 3/8" long by 11/16" wide. Pretty southwest design.
