This is a vintage Santo Domingo slab necklace with spiny oyster, abalone, jet, turquoise, and heishi beads. This is absolutely a statement necklace. The smallest slab of spiny oyster is 13/16" X 3/8" and 1/16" thick. The largest spiny oyster is 1 3/4" X 11/16" and 3/16" thick. There are three slabs of green turquoise that are all roughly the same size, 11/16" X 7/16" and 1/8" thick. There are four pieces of abalone varying in size, the biggest being 1 3/16" X 3/4" and 1/8" thick. The smallest is 1" X 3/8" and 1/8" thick. There is one piece of jet that is 1 5/16" X 1/2" and 1/4" thick. The white heishi beads throughout the necklace are 1/8" X 1/16". Measuring from end to end with the clasp included, this necklace is 27" long, and the total weight is 202.4 grams.
