Santo Domingo Shell and Turquoise Necklace
Southwest Pueblo style shell and turquoise necklace. The center tab is 1 7/8" tall x 1 1/4" wide. The shells have been carved out and inlaid with small rectangles of turquoise. The smallest tab is 1 5/8" x 1". Shell heishi was used to string the necklace. Sterling silver beads, cones and a hook and eye clasp were used to finish the necklace. These have natural patina. The total length is 26 1/4". There is one missing stone at the bottom of one side tab. Otherwise good condition.
