Beautiful southwest sterling silver 3" round cluster pin/pendant. There is a row of 13 tear drop shape stones around the center round stone. There are 17 round stones around this. Twisted silver wire rope and a row of dots are next. There is a row of 42 teardrop turquoise stones, wire twist rope and a row of dots outside the row of turquoise. The edge is a silver half round wire with cut work. This piece has a ring on top so it can be worn on a chain. There is also a pin which works well. The Native American older women I  have seen in Gallup New Mexico love to wear this type of pin with a full length gathered skirt and long sleeve blouse. It is a beautiful look.
