Sterling Silver Bear Inlaid Turquoise Navajo Pin Pendant

Sterling silver bear, inlaid turquoise Navajo pin and pendant. The artist's hallmark (CB under a curve) is Charlie Bowie and is stamped on the back of the bear. "Sterling" is stamped below the hallmark. The pin pendant measures 1 1/8" long by 1 11/16" long. The pin pendant features a bear with cut-out prayer feathers, below the inlay, and cut-out bearpaw designs below the feathers. The inlay on the back of the bear is white calcite, turquoise, and black jet with narrow silver bars between the stones. The bear has a textured surface that has been polished.
