Sterling Silver Hematite Tigers Eye Belt Buckle

Sterling silver hematite and tiger's eye belt buckle. 3 1/8" wide x 2 3/8" tall. This will work with a 1 1/4" or smaller belt. The signature is crossed arrows Anglo Tom Dewitt. Good condition.
