Sterling Silver Lab Created White Opal Pendant

Sterling silver, lab-created white opal pendant. The artist's hallmark (SY) is stamped on the back of this piece. "Sterling" is stamped next to the hallmark. The pendant measures 2" in length, including the bail, by 9/16" wide. The pendant features a pear-shaped lab-created opal that measures 18mm long by 7mm wide, set in a smooth bezel and displaying a wonderful play of color, imitating genuine opal. Surrounding the stone are two borders, the first one a fine twisted wire and the second one hammered in a scalloped design with reflective surfaces.
