Sterling Silver Overlay Necklace With Hand Made Chain

Sterling silver overlay pendant on a hand-made chain necklace. The center is a man sitting who is either smoking or talking. He looks like an Ethnic depiction of something or someone. The object in his hand could be a pipe.  There is no mark on the piece. We tested the metal to confirm it is sterling. The handmade chain and pendant together are 21 7/8" long.
