Sterling silver belt buckle with cast border and Kokopelli. This buckle is 2 1/4" tall x 3" wide.  Sterling is stamped on the back. The border has been cast and soldered to the silver back. The Kokopelli was also cast and soldered to the back. The craftsman used a unique version of this figure. Kokopelli is found as a petroglyph on the canyon walls of the southwest. He is thought to have been a traveling flute player and fertility symbol. The buckle is a heavy 120.7 grams of silver. It is unsigned. A 1 1/2" or more narrow belt will work with the buckle.
