Vintage Large Southwest Spinner Pendant with Handmade Chain

Large vintage southwest spinner necklace. One side of the pendant has 11 coral stones of different sizes and shapes, silver balls and stamp work. The other side is a turquoise inlay kachina mask design. The spinner is 3 3/8" diameter.  The chain is handmade. It is hooked into the top of the pendant. (not removable) There are 13" on each side plus a hook. Strikingly beautiful on each side.
