Vintage ornate sterling silver lighter cover. One side is plain silver, the other side has an ornate design and coral and turquoise stones. The turquoise is 7/16" tall. There is a large handmade leaf, a flower, twisted wire rope, and lots of scroll work in the design. The signature is Carl and Irene Clark Navajo. 2 3/4" is the height.
